Emma's Tribute Fund

Created by Natilee 16 years ago
Welcome to Emma's Tribute Fund. This fund has been created in memory of my sister and best friend Emma Robinson, who died aged 23, on 14th January 2004. Emma had just completed her training for her dream job as a cabin crew attendant for an airline when she discovered that she couldn't lift the coffee pot for her passengers, within a month she had been diagnosed as suffering from Motor Neurone Disease age 22 years. She was an extremley fun and outgoing person who enjoyed socialising with her many friends or spending time with her family and especially loved visits from her nieces and nephews who adored her. Emma was truly amazing, she inspired all of us with her great courage and strength in her brave fight against MND. 'Emma was a remarkable young woman and I'm sure her strength of will and the loving care of her family kept her going long after the disease should have taken it's toll.' Dr Chris Shaw, Kings College Hospital. She was determined to help find a cure for this remorseless disease and donated her savings for research. We all miss Emma so very much and know how important funding research was to her, so please donate to her tribute fund so that we can help others with this dreadful disease. You can add to Emma's tribute fund by making an online donation or simply choose one of the links above to see what you can do. All money raised through this page will go directly to the MND Association ear marked as 'Emma Robinson' tribute fund donations. With Love and Thanks Natilee Batchelor and Family
